Project library

Upload, find, preview, and organize images, audio, and other project files.

Expand Project library in the Explorer. Reference and Guidance comes first, then Pronunciations, Images, Audio, Files, and Effects. Pronunciations apply to the entire project and save directly. Its overview offers Upload but no file lists. Choose Images, Audio, or Files beneath Project library to browse files in the work area. Actions depend on your permissions.

Search with Filename. Click a file row to open a modal preview without losing your place: images fit the dialog, audio plays only when you start it, and Files shows file details when no preview is available. Download is in the file menu. Closing the preview leaves already playing audio in the floating player.

Use the List view / Folder view icons. Click File name, Size, or Updated column headings to sort; click again to reverse. File path + name is available only in List view. In Folder view, folders stay alphabetical and sorting applies to files within each folder. Narrow screens offer the same sort choices above the list. View and sort preferences follow you across devices.

Updated uses your profile timezone, or your browser timezone if none is valid. Hover or focus its timestamp for the Created tooltip.

Open Project library > Effects in the Explorer, below Images, Audio, and Files. Effect presets belong to the project and are shared by all its books and manuscripts, without book overrides. Choose New effect preset beside Help in the page header. Save changes saves immediately; closing with unsaved edits offers keep or discard. Preset previews use project settings and project voices. Choose Listen, then Play. Closing the editor leaves already playing audio in the floating player.
