BadgerLeaf has three chat surfaces with different jobs.
- Resource-bound chat pane: conversation attached to the current project, book, or manuscript.
- Floating chat: quick access while you continue working elsewhere in the workspace.
- Dedicated chat: the full chat route when chat is the primary task.
Use resource-bound chat when the conversation needs the selected manuscript or project as context. Use floating chat for quick coordination. Use dedicated chat when you need more room for conversation history.
